Graduate engineer (HON BSC EE, PMP) with over 13 years' experience in facility management, electrical and manufacturing engineering planning, analysis, design, detailing, coordination and estimating of assembly and manufacturing processes and facilities, for Chrysler, GM and Lockheed Martin. Licensed in Ontario.

John Di Pelino

C. Tech, Project Manager & SNP District Manager (GTA)

OACETT certified college graduate, with 36 years’ experience in project management, design of conveyor and equipment controls and electrical related engineering, hardware and software design, system implementation/commissioning/training, on-site evaluations, customer support and technical sales for automotive, tire manufacturing and warehousing related projects. Currently serving as SNP’s Manager of Operations in the Greater Toronto Area.

Richard J. Letts

MBA, Engineering and Projects Manager & COO

Graduate engineer (HON BSCME, MBA) with 13 years' experience in planning, analysis, simulations, scheduling, budgeting, design, coordination, shutdown integration, contract/launch administration and quality/productivity improvements for assembly, manufacturing and paint facilities, process equipment, conveyor, HVAC and piping systems for Chrysler, Ford and Nemak.

Tito R. Marzotto

PE, PEng., Executive Consultant

Graduate engineer (BSCE '62, MSCE '67) with 50 years' experience in building design, project management, and contract administration of assembly, manufacturing and stamping plants, R & D facilities and distribution centers for Chrysler, Ford, GM, American Axle, Deere, Onan and Subaru-Isuzu. Fellow of NSPE, ESD and ASCE. Licensed in Michigan and Ontario.
